    The Committee on Finance moved to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    Com. Sub. For S. B. 344 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §11-6F-2 and §11-6F-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the special method for appraising qualified capital additions to manufacturing facilities; changing eligibility requirements for the special method for appraising such property; defining manufacturing; and excluding certain real property from the measure of the certified capital addition property.”.
